At last year’s SEMA Show in Las Vegas, Lexus took the wraps off its high-performance IS F sedan, and Lexus is looking to continue its momentum with a series of show cars at this year’s show.

The 2008 Lexus display will contain four show cars. Lexus partnered with Fox Marketing, Artisan Performance, MotorworldHype but the show stealer will be a GS 460 customized by Five Axis.

Dubbed Project GS, the custom sports sedan was design by Troy Sumitomo and is slated to debut on November 4th. We haven’t heard any details on any performance mods but rumors are that Project GS is fitted with plenty of go fast goodies.

Hyundai announced that it is readying three modified Genesis Coupes for the 2008 SEMA show, Hyundai is now focusing its attention on the new Genesis Sedan. RKSport has annouced that they have been brought on for the SEMA show projects and their example will feature an enhanced version of the Genesis’ 4.6-liter V8 which produces 368 HP. …click here to read more

Rinspeed, a Swedish tuning company that primarily works with Porsche models will be debuting a 600 HP Porsche Cayenne at the 2008 SEMA show. Named the 957 Porsche Cayenne, Rinspeed has agreed to debut the vehicle with their U.S. authorized dealer Jonari. …click here to read more

We doubt that anyone will recognize this moderately modded 2006 Pontiac Solstice as one of the project cars that participated at the 2006 SEMA show. However, if you’re the kind of person that likes tale-telling, then this Solstice might temporarily score you a few points with your friends. According to the seller, the Soltice features a custom made one-off body kit, 20-inch TSW alloy wheels wrapped in 235/30/20 Pirelli tires, a custom yellow paint job, an AEM cold air intake, a Magnaflow performance exhaust and KW sport springs.
