2010 Chevrolet Camaro MSRP Announced

Chevrolet has just released the MSRP pricing for the all-new, 2010 Camaro. It starts at $22,995 for the V-6-powered LS model, and $30,995 for the V-8-powered Camaro SS (all prices include the now higher $750 destination charge). Customer ordering opened on Oct. 13, with production scheduled to start in first quarter of 2009.

More than 600,000 enthusiasts have requested information on the Camaro since its production was announced. Chevrolet is reaching out to give them the opportunity to be the first to order one. …click here to read more

General Motors unveiled the all-new Chevrolet Camaro in July at GM’s Design Center, complete with engine options and power outputs, but with no information about what specs or trim levels the rejuvenated muscle car would be available with. General Motors President and COO Fritz Henderson and Ed Welburn, VP of Global Design revealed the all-new Chevrolet Cruze at a special premiere event at the Le Pavillon Dauphine, located in the heart of Paris. Media and guests got a first-hand look at the arching roof-line of the Cruze that extends from the steeply raked windshield to its sloping rear pillars and short rear deck, bringing coupe-like proportions to a compact sedan. …click here to read more

Chevrolet Volt to be rated over 100 MPG!

By now you guys probably know a lot about the Chevy Volt. We know that it can do 40 miles on battery-power alone, after which a 1.4L 4-cylinder engine will kick in allowing for a range of at least 300 miles. We know that it takes anywhere from 3 hours to 8 hours to charge depending on the amount of volts. What we don’t know is how many miles per gallon the Volt will deliver.

According to GM spokesman Rob Peterson, GM has asked the EPA to declare the Volt as an electric vehicle for regulatory use. That would give the Volt an EPA rating of more than 100 mpg which will be a strong selling point for GM. …click here to read more
